Well the Yanks couldn't over come the great pitching of Lackey. When will baseball go to instant replay? It's so well covered with TV cameras why not assist the umpires?

Yesterday I had the experience of the dreaded jury duty. Well it wasn't so bad. Pretty much you sit around thinking of excuses to get yourself out of it. I'm pretty sure if you had less time to think of a good excuse more people would be on juries. People were really creative, so much I thought they should write for Letterman. Myself well I was pretty truthful. They asked us If we be available for the trial, something like November 2 through the 8. I'm thinking to myself (I didn't want too blurt out, like I do sometimes), the court papers told us what time to be here, a list of what not to bring, where to park, what to wear, they didn't say please bring your date book. I would've brought it. The best part was walking down the hallway after they excused the rest of us (about 70), you'd have thought it was everyones birthday they had such big smiles.
All kidding aside, It was a great experience taking part of something that makes this country special.

Is it me or is it snowing? I don't mind a hearty winter, but the fall? Come on, first no summer and now no fall. What can you do?, typical New England weather.
